Online resources

I struggled to find support groups in the first few months after Micah passed. While I searched, I started to find various types of online support. Although I hadn't yet found a group, the support from many of these resources was and is incredible. I started to join any private Facebook group I could find. In these groups, I could speak freely. Similar to a traditional grief group. I joined a few groups from Canada too. Seriously any baby loss groups. Support is support, whether it be near or far. Especially at that point in this path, I knew I needed any and all support. Now as we approach Micah's 2nd birthday in heaven, I have been touched by the love and support from so many of these resources. There are articles in some of the resources where I send them to my mom or husband because I swear someone read my brain. Just like reading some of the printed literature, there are times when that is the opposite of what I experience. However, in the big picture surrounding myself with the love these families and writers pour out, gives me some necessary support. I hope you are able to find some here too.
